In this section we will cover re-inviting someone to gain access to the SPAplatform.
Log in to SPAplatform.
1 Click on Maintain, account, users
1. If you invited a staff member to have access to the software, but they have not yet accepted their invitation, the staff member appears in orange on the user list. The user has 30 days to accept their invitation. If for some reason the user has missed this deadline. or the can not find the email invitation in their inbox, you can re-send the invitation email. Simply click the 'Resend' button. The user will be sent a new email invitation. They will have another 30 days to accept their invitation. Suggest to the staff member to check all of their email folders (Including their junkmail) for the invitation from 'The SPAplatfrom'.
1. If the user can not find the email invitation in their inbox. Firstly check that the email address you sent it to is correct. If it is not, click the 'withdraw' button and re-invite them with the correct email address.
2. Get the staff member to check all inboxes (including thier junkmail folder).
3. Get in contact with firstname.lastname@example.org
