In this section we will cover removing users from any of the modules on the SPAplatform.
Log in to SPAplatform.
1 Click on Maintain, account, users
1. If you need to remove someones accsess to the software to ensure they can no longer accsess your school's data, then, simply click, the 'Remove' button. This will remove all access to the user. If they try to login, our system will not recognise them. It is important that when a teacher leaves your school, you remove their access.
2. If you invited a staff member to have access to the software, but they have not yet accepted their invitation, the staff member appears in orange on the user list. If you decide you no longer want to invite them to the software, simply click the 'withdraw' button. If the user tries to accept the email invitation you sent earlier, the system will not recognise the invitation any longer and they will not be able to gain access to the software.
