In this section we will learn how to assign students to a report format. This is an essential step to ensure that the studnets get assigned to the appropriate report format for them. If you do not complete this step, no studnets will appear in the dashboard when you go to write your reports. Depending on how many report formats you have set up, you might assign your whole school to a report format, or you might assign your Primary School Students to one format and your Secondary Studnets to another format and your students with indavidualised Learning Plans to another format. You can decide to add multiple studnets to a report format or singular student/s to a report format.
Remember that each format will get its own cover page and covering letter. We will explain how to set these up in the chapter Finalising & Printing Reports.
Click on the Select Student or Cohort option
