IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not know how to select a student or cohort from the student/cohort selection menu please refer to the instructions found below
Step 2: Once you have selected the Student or Cohort you are now ready to mark your Basic Tests.

Marking an Individual Student's Basic Tests
If you have selected an individual student from the "Student or Cohort" Selection menu then you will see only that student and all the basic tests to be marked for the selected options.
Select the date for which you would like ot enter a score from the date choosing options
- Click the Calendar Icon
- Select the date for which you would like ot enter a results
By default you will first see a list of all the results you have created across all Domains, Strands and Year Levels
Filter down to the Domain, Strand, Year Level and Creator to further refine the tests that are displayed to be marked
Here i have left the fields to show All Domains, Strands, Year Levels and ALL basic tests created in SPA by anyone in my school
I can see I have 4 results i can fill out, if i hover over one of the result names i can see a description of that test.
Here a can see the ARTS test is a test in the Domain of "The Arts" in a Stand of "Creating and Making" with a score range between 0 and 40.
Now enter a result for that test into the blank field. The results will be automatically saved and colour coded
If your test has multiple score ranges the score and color of the box will change depending on the result you enter.
In this example I have a reading test with multiple score ranges. Depending on the number i enter the range will change. I have entered a 65 here so it has colour coded and scored this result a B because the number I entered was between 60-80.
Continue to mark results for the student by using the filter and date options.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can mark multiple results for a student on the same Basic Test by changing the date.
Marking a Cohort of Students
If you have selected a cohort of students from the "Student or Cohort" Selection menu, then you will see all the students and Basic tests to be marked for the selected filter options.
