In this section we will learn how to upload your data into SPA.
Step 1: Once you have logged into your Administration account navigate to ‘Administration’ in the menu and then select “Upload Your Data”. Selecting this button will take you to the upload page
Once you have selected “Upload your data” you will see this page.
Step 2: In this step we will now upload all of the files. On the uploading your school’s data page, click on the “Upload File(s)” button.
Step 3: Find the files you would like to upload and either select all the files if they are all in the same folder or select one file at a time. Once you have selected the files click on the "Open" button All the files you have selected will now upload.
Once this has finished you will see next to each of your files how many records were
up‐dated and these should all be green. Your numbers will be different as it depends on how many
students are in each file. But there should be no errors and all your records should be green. If you have no errors then you are done.
